Scaling Brand Visibility Through a 50-Influencer Yoga Event at AURA Skypool

We produced a yoga sunrise-style creator event at Aura Skypool and activated 50 influencers to generate high-volume, luxury lifestyle content.

Aura Skypool is already one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations. Even iconic places need moments that people talk about online.

Together with Vitalife, we created a yoga influencer event that turned Aura into the place everyone saw on their feeds that week.

What we built

We organized a large-scale yoga influencer event at Aura Skypool and activated creators to share the experience with their audiences.

All influencers in wellness, lifestyle, fitness & longevity showed up guns blazing with their tripods and pastel-coloured yoga outfits.

Everything is carefully designed for maximum exposure.

The goal was simple:
Make Aura appear everywhere on Dubai's social media at once.

Event activation included:

  • Inviting and coordinating 50 Dubai-based influencers

  • Sunrise yoga experience at Aura Skypool

  • Coordinated arrival, experience, and content capture.

  • Influencers capturing Stories, Reels, and lifestyle content

  • Reposting and amplification across brand channels

We intentionally worked with micro-influencers with 10K-100K followers, instead of only large influencers.

Because micro-creators usually have higher engagement, more trusted audiences, and stronger local community reach. Bonus is more authentic lifestyle content.

Creative Content created

Across the event, creators produced:

  • 200 - 250 Instagram Stories shared during the event

  • 13 influencer Reels posted

  • 9 carousel photo posts

  • 30 fully edited professional photos

  • 5 fully edited professional video clips (20-30 sec each) made.

A large portion of this content was later reused for social media pages, website visuals, paid advertising creative, and event promotions.

Estimated campaign exposure

With 50 creators posting at the same time:

  • 900K - 1.9M content impressions across stories, reels, and posts.

  • 350K - 750K views across the 13 reels posted

  • 450K - 900K total story impressions combined

  • 120K - 300K additional impressions, especially with location tagging and reposts.

  • Strong spikes in profile visits and venue discovery

Event impact beyond numbers

The event was considered a huge success internally because content quality exceeded expectations.

Influencers LOVED the experience and consistently posted strong visuals. The Aura team's feedback was extremely positive.

Most importantly, the event brought teams together and set the stage for a strong relationship for future campaigns.
