Scaled Premium Performance Studio to nr. 1 Fitness Spot

How DROP10 Became City Walk's Most In-Demand Fitness Studio Through Influencer Marketing

DROP10 is a high-intensity training studio in City Walk, Dubai. 35-minute full-body sessions, ice baths, compression recovery, protein smoothies, and a tight community of people who actually show up and train hard.

The concept was sharp. The space was premium.

What they didn't have was consistent visibility in a city where new fitness studios open every month and attention is hard to hold.

So they came to us. And we got to work.

The Problem

Sending a food blogger to a high-intensity gym doesn't work. Anyone who's run fitness marketing in Dubai knows this.

DROP10's audience is specific: people who train seriously, care about recovery, and want a studio with a real community around it.

Arabic-speaking and local UAE members were also a key demographic for their long-term growth. That shaped our entire approach from the first briefing session.

We made a decision early witth the team: no F&B creators, no generic Dubai lifestyle pages, no crossover audiences who'd show up once for the content and never book a class. Fitness only. People whose followers actually trusted their opinions on training.

What we did

We activated 16 influencers every single month for 6 months straight.

96 creator activations in total, ranging from 10,000 to 800,000 followers.

A deliberate mix of sizes: smaller creators for high-trust, hyper-local reach inside Dubai's fitness community, larger creators for mass visibility and brand credibility across the UAE.

Every creator documented the full DROP10 experience. Not just the class. The ice bath after. The compression recovery. The protein smoothie.

The brief was simple: make someone watching feel like they've already been there before they even book.

We also ran a dedicated activation for DROP10's 2-year anniversary. 20 influencers posted in the same week.

We Produced 139 Instagram Stories, 4 Reels, and 3 Feed Posts.

The Results

  • +300% increase in Instagram reach across the 6-month campaign

  • Google reviews grew from 43 to 180, an 800% increase driven directly by influencer visits.

  • DROP10 went from low Instagram activity to a consistently content presence that kept growing month on month

  • Achieved #1 ranking on Google Search for “fitness studio City Walk”

  • Fully booked classes and strong community growth in the City Walk area

  • Established as one of Dubai's most recognised high-intensity training studios among both expat and local audiences

Why This Worked so Well

Fitness audiences don't trust one-off posts. They follow creators they respect for training advice, and when that creator keeps showing up at the same studio, documents the recovery setup, drinks the smoothie, and comes back the following week, it builds something that a single sponsored post never could.

We built DROP10's programme around repeat visits and genuine integration into each creator's fitness routine. That's why the Google review growth tracked so closely with the influencer activity. People didn't just watch the content. They showed up, trained hard, and told their networks about it. That's the cycle you want.

The ice bath content specifically drove a level of curiosity that's hard to manufacture. Recovery culture is big in Dubai's fitness community right now. Showing that DROP10 had a serious recovery setup, not just a gym floor, positioned them as a complete training destination rather than just another HIIT studio.

Running a fitness studio in Dubai?

The studios winning with influencer marketing right now are not the ones running the biggest campaigns. They're the ones being the most specific: right creators, right audience, right brief, consistent month after month.

One campaign won't build a community. A system will.

That's what we built for DROP10. It's what we build for every fitness brand we work with at Yamammi.
