The Brief

Flex Studio operates across UAE and KSA, which meant the creator programme had to work across two markets with different audiences, different content sensitivities, and different booking behaviours.
Most agencies ignore the KSA side entirely. We didn't.
What We Did
50 wellness and lifestyle micro-influencers over 12 months. A monthly creator refresh kept Flex visible without repeating the same faces.
The centrepiece was 25 full influencer class takeovers. Not individual visits. Full classes where multiple creators trained together and posted the same week, driving concentrated enquiries every single time.
