How We made REN Become the TOP Dining Spot with Influencers

How REN Became One of Dubai's Most Booked Japanese-Peruvian Restaurants Through Influencer Marketing

REN is a premium Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant in Media City, Dubai. Beautiful interiors, a seriously considered menu, cocktails that photograph well, and a chef-driven concept that deserved a full dining room every night of the week.

The problem was simple. Nobody knew it existed.

Media City isn't Jumeirah. It's not Downtown. It doesn't get foot traffic from people wandering past and deciding to walk in.

REN had the product. They needed the visibility.

The Problem

Dubai's F&B scene is brutally competitive. A new restaurant opens every week, and even great concepts get buried if they don't build social proof fast.

Japanese-Peruvian fusion is also a specific sell: it's not a cuisine most people default to, so the content needs to do more than look good.

It needs to make someone genuinely curious about the food, the experience, and the atmosphere.

What We Did

We activated 24 micro-influencers who visited REN consistently and posted across multiple touchpoints.

The content covered every angle of the experience: dish close-ups, cocktail moments, chef interactions, ambience shots, and honest first-impression reels that gave followers a real sense of what walking into REN feels like.

Critically, we timed creator waves around moments that actually drive bookings. New menu drops, business lunch windows, weekend dining peaks, and private dining availability.

The goal was to make REN the answer every time someone in Dubai searched their feed for somewhere impressive to take a client, celebrate a birthday, or just have a genuinely great dinner.

The Results

  • +260% increase in Instagram reach

  • 8,400+ profile visits driven directly from creator content

  • 2,200+ booking-page clicks across the campaign

  • A strong spike in weekend reservations and private dining enquiries

  • REN became one of Dubai's most posted Japanese-Peruvian dining destinations on Instagram

Why It Worked

Restaurant influencer marketing in Dubai works when the content makes people feel something before they arrive. Not just "nice food" posts. Actually making someone think: I need to go there.

That requires two things: creators whose audiences trust their taste, and content that captures the full experience rather than just the hero dishes. REN's campaign worked because we covered both. The ambience shots gave people the aesthetic. The dish content gave them the menu. The cocktail and chef moments gave them the story. Together it created a complete picture that drove real bookings, not just saves and likes.

The timing strategy also mattered more than most people realise. A content wave the week a new menu drops drives significantly more reservations than the same content posted on a random Tuesday. We built that logic into every phase of the campaign.

Running a restaurant in Dubai?

The F&B brands winning with influencer marketing right now are not the ones spending the most. They're the ones being the most intentional: right creators, right content angles, posted at the right time.

Visibility alone doesn't fill tables. A system that builds consistent social proof and drives decision-making does.

That's what we built for REN.
