8 Creators. 16 Ad-Ready Videos. One Goal: Lead the UAE Meal Plan Market.
Scaling Meal Plan Influencer Marketing & UGC for FITT Meals
FITT Meals brought Yamammi in to build its influencer engine.
8 creators. 16 videos, all cleared for paid ads. Everything posted on the creators' own profiles, then amplified as ads.
FITT Meals delivers fresh, halal, chef-prepared meal plans across all seven emirates, from AED 26 a meal.
One of the hardest-working teams we've partnered with. Their Q4 target matches: become the UAE's leading meal plan brand.

The Goal
Own the market. Not a few orders. Market lead.
Starting with the audience that already loves FITT Meals: teachers. Q4 lines up perfectly. Back to school, return to routine, year-end reset. Same buyer every time: a busy professional who wants to eat well without cooking.
What We Did
Cast 8 creators who match FITT Meals' real customer, not the fitness stereotype
Micro creators for trust, a few macro for reach
16 videos: each creator's story in 2 hook versions, built for ad testing
Every post live on the creators' own profiles, tagging FITT Meals
Full paid usage rights on everything
Plugged straight into paid amplification with the FITT Meals team
The Casting Spec
"We find the right creators" means nothing. Here's what it meant on this campaign:
Persona: teachers and busy professionals. People who plan their weeks and tell colleagues what works.
Mix: Irish and British creators first, European expats as the wider pool. Roughly 80/20, matched to FITT Meals' customer base.
Established, not just arrived: real time in Dubai. Communities take years to build. The community is what sells.
Every candidate passed the same filters: engagement rate against account size, real-follower checks, comment quality. We read the comments. Real conversations pass. Rows of emojis don't.
Projected Performance
Content is live. Ads are running. The organic layer alone:
~900K combined creator following
~140K projected organic reach
~200K projected impressions, before a single dirham of ad spend
Estimates based on typical reach rates per creator size. Paid takes it well past this.
The Real Metric: Cost Per Acquisition
This campaign isn't judged on likes. It's judged on what a new customer costs.
Every video exists in 2 hook versions. The ads team tests them head to head, kills the losers, scales the winners. Once CPA is locked, spend scales, and the creator program scales with it.
We'll publish the real CPA and CPM benchmarks here once the first test rounds close. Most agencies won't show those numbers. We will.
Why It's Working
Fitness influencers don't sell meal plans. Their audience already meal preps.
Teachers do. And teachers talk to teachers. One convinced teacher recommends it to a whole staff room. So we cast for that: relatable professionals with real communities, whose word carries weight in a group chat.
Real product use seals it. Three days of actual meals before filming means true portions, true menus, true routines. Audiences can tell.
What's Next: Q4 2026
Sept: back to school and return to routine, the teacher engine at full speed
Oct: double down on winning hooks with fresh creators and new angles
Nov-Dec: the "get back on track before January" wave, where meal plans convert hardest
Ongoing: CPA finalized, spend scales, creator pipeline scales with it
Selling a meal plan or F&B subscription in the UAE?
Discount ads get ignored. Real people recommending your product don't. We build the creators, the content, and the paid pipeline behind it, as one system.
That's what we built for FITT Meals.
