The Challenge
Oneshot had a great product. A sugar-free hydration mix made in Germany, loaded with electrolytes, vitamins, and zinc. Built for people who feel tired, foggy, and drained. Which is basically everyone in Dubai.
The product worked. The ads were the problem.
They needed creative that sold on paid, not just content that looked nice on a feed. Most hydration brands in the UAE run the same tired playbook. Studio shots, a few influencer posts, ad creative that dies in a week.
Oneshot wanted a system that fed their ads every month and brought their cost per sale down.
Here is what we did
We picked 6 influencers. Micro and mid-tier, 30k to 250k followers each. All chosen for one reason: their audience actually cares about hydration, fitness, and wellness.
Over 6 months, each creator made 6 reels. That gave us a deep bank of real, on-brand content built to convert.
Every reel did double duty as a supplement brand UGC ad in Dubai. We locked in full buyout rights across every platform, the website, and paid media. So oneshot could run, test, and scale any reel with no limits.
Creators posted to their own profiles and ran stories to drive reach and trust. The best reels went straight into the paid system as ads.
