Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Yamammi Influencer Marketing LLC (“Yamammi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) made through yamammi.com or under a written service agreement. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Agency Services

Fees for influencer marketing and related services are quoted per engagement and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are payable 100% upfront before work begins.

Before work begins: if you cancel a confirmed engagement before we have started work, including creator sourcing, briefing, or production, we will refund amounts paid, less any costs already committed to third parties on your behalf and any non-refundable deposits stated in your service agreement.

After work begins: once work has started, fees are non-refundable, as creator bookings, production, and campaign management costs are incurred progressively. If we are unable to deliver agreed services for reasons within our control, we will, at our discretion, re-perform the affected services or issue a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion.

Where a service agreement signed by both parties sets out different cancellation or refund terms for a specific engagement, that agreement prevails.

Digital Resources

Purchases of digital resources on yamammi.com, such as reports, program materials, and other access-based content, are charged at checkout and are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded, as digital content cannot be returned.

If you were charged in error, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or cannot access content you paid for, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@yamammi.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or restore access.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
