The Challenge
House of Pilates is not your average fitness studio.
Tucked inside Meydan with a chandelier overhead and reformers beneath it, the space is built for a specific kind of client: wellness-first, aesthetically driven, unwilling to settle for ordinary.
The studio had a strong product. But in a crowded Dubai fitness market, great studios still get overlooked without the right amplification.
The Strategy
Yamammi joined as a retainer partner from January 2026 to drive brand awareness, memberships and class bookings.
From 200+ creators, we shortlisted 50 micro and mid-tier influencers across wellness, lifestyle and fitness.
Each chosen for audience quality, visual style, and real fit with the House of Pilates experience.
Monifa Jansen (@monifajansen, 905K followers) led the mid-tier presence. Alongside her, a tight group of Dubai-based wellness micro-influencers with highly engaged local audiences.
The Execution
Creators posted Reels and Stories every month: reformer sessions, studio walkthroughs, class reactions. Coordinated. Consistent. Never repetitive.
Each month built on the last. New creators brought new audiences. Returning creators built trust.
